Founding Member Terms

These terms apply to clients who subscribed as founding members during Migo Studio's launch period (June 2026).

The offer. The first five businesses to subscribe to a Migo Studio Core or Pro plan during the launch period qualify as founding members and receive a 10% discount on their base plan subscription price, held for the lifetime of their continuous subscription.

Founding member rates:

Core plan: $1,575 NZD/month (standard rate: $1,750 NZD/month — saving $175/month)
Pro plan: $2,677 NZD/month (standard rate: $2,975 NZD/month — saving $298/month)

What the discount applies to. The founding member discount applies to the base plan subscription only. It does not apply to optional add-ons, one-off services, or any future services. It is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer.

Continuity. The discount is contingent on continuous subscription — meaning your subscription remains active (billing or paused) without a full cancellation. If you pause your subscription in accordance with our pause policy, your founding member discount is retained on reactivation. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, your founding member status is forfeited and you will be re-subscribed at the standard rate.

Plan changes. If you upgrade or downgrade between Core and Pro, the 10% founding member discount continues to apply to the new plan's standard rate.

Price adjustments. If standard pricing increases, the 10% founding member discount will continue to be calculated against the new standard rate. You will always pay 10% less than new subscribers on the same plan.

Termination of programme. Migo Studio reserves the right to discontinue the founding member programme with 60 days' written notice. Affected clients will be transitioned to the then-current standard rate at the end of the notice period.

Eligibility. The founding member offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to five spots. Migo Studio reserves the right to close the offer at any time once all spots have been filled, or earlier at our discretion.
